By far the most processed product in our house. Once every 2 weeks or so, it is a go to option when feeling a little burnt out and in need of a break. Since we live outside of the city, getting food delivered isn't a realistic option for us. Most restaurants don't deliver past the perimeter, and if they do it's not worth it because the food is soggy to the point of gross. Thankfully we have found a relatively friendly option.

Archie's Pizza (http://www.archiesmeats.com/Home_Page.php). Archie's is a butcher shop located in Starbuck Manitoba and it has been in business since 1932. Starbuck is a 15 minute drive from our house, but the pizza is available to purchase at our local grocery store. Granted when it comes to processing, meat is pretty much the worst of all products but I do find comfort in the fact that it is all done in-house. Archie's also uses New Bothwell cheese (http://www.bothwellcheese.com) on their pizzas. It is also made locally. Both companies utilize local producers and products which helps our local economy and hopefully helps to reduce our overall environmental impact.

While dairy and I don't always get along, I will make a small exception for a piece or two of Archie's pizza.
